Country instructions

Much of what you need to submit – and how – is based on where you completed your studies. Find out how to do things right!

Hopefully, you’ve already checked the information pages for the courses/programmes you’ve applied for at the university website. Now it’s time to find out what specific instructions you need to follow based on your country of study.

Not all upper secondary documents are listed

We've listed the most common, current upper secondary certificates on the country pages, but we also accept other types of studies and certificates such as vocational studies, older leaving certificates, etc. In general, if the studies you completed in a previous country grant you general eligibility for university studies there, they most likely will meet the general eligibility requirements for university studies in Sweden.

Select your country from the list

You’ll find specific information about meeting the eligibility requirements and instructions on what to submit to University Admissions.

If your country isn't listed

This is no problem. You can find out all you need to know at the general document information page.
