Have you previously applied?

You may have at some point created an account and applied for admission to Sweden. If this is the case, you have some special instructions to follow.

Academic documents

All submitted academic documents are saved in the electronic admissions system. If you've previously applied for courses or programmes in Sweden, and sent in a complete set of supporting academic documents, you only need to submit:

  • new documents that are relevant for the courses and programmes you are applying for now
  • incomplete or missing documents from your former application

Check the requirements for transcripts, diplomas and degree certificates to find out how you should prepare and submit them.

Be sure to visit the website of the university to which you're applying to make sure you meet the current admissions requirements.

Proof of citizenship for application fee waiver

You also need to submit a copy of your passport or identity card in order to verify your citizenship in an EU/EEA country (or Switzerland) - even if you previously submitted a copy. This is so that you can be exempted from paying the application fee.

See EU/EEA exempt from fees for more information

Use the same user account

When logging in, you must use the same user account as you did when you previously applied for university studies. Please contact us if you can't remember your username or password. Applicants are only allowed to have one user account. Do not create a new one.
