The following are ways you can get your documents to University Admissions.
Have you completed studies in Sweden?
Students who've studied at a university in Sweden have their courses and grades listed in Ladok, the student administration system.
For your university information to be transferred to your University Admissions account and application, you must have the same Swedish student identity number (personnummer) listed in both accounts.
If you used an email address to create your user account
You need to update your account at Universityadmissions.se with your Swedish personal ID number (personnummer). You should also make sure the information in Ladok is correct. Follow these steps:
- Contact your university and make sure they're using your Swedish ID number in the Ladok system.
- Do not create a new account with your Swedish ID number; instead, contact University Admissions so all of your academic information - what you've submitted with your original application and your Ladok courses and grades - can be merged.
Please note that an applicant may only have one account at Universityadmissions.se.
