How will I know if everything is okay with the documentation I submitted?
If there is any documentation missing from your application, or if there is anything else that you need to do, University Admissions will notify you by sending a message to your account here at Universityadmissions.se. It's important that you log in and check 'My pages' regularly for messages. You will only receive a message if there's something missing or something that needs to be corrected.
If you're wondering when your documents arrived, you can check the 'Documents' section when you log in to your account. There is a section for documents submitted via regular mail. It can take a few weeks to scan in and register the documents you send in this way. When the process is complete, you'll see a listing with a date in the Documents tab. The date will be the date your documents arrived.
The evaluation process takes time
Applications are evaluated during the review process. Due to the number of applications we receive, this process can take some time. Please note that an evaluation of your application does not automatically occur as soon as your documents are uploaded or received via regular post. The application review process takes place up until the selection process, which occurs right before admissions results are posted. Please be patient while the review process is completed.
