English requirement and university studies

Please note: If you’re documenting your English based on your upper secondary studies, you must provide upper secondary documents in order to demonstrate you meet the requirement. Please submit your upper secondary documents as indicated above.

Transfer courses

Please note that not all universities and colleges list transferred courses and credits. All of your transferred courses and credits that total more than the equivalent of one year of full-time study (for example 30 semester credits) must be listed on the submitted transcript.

If these transferred courses and credits are not listed, you must arrange to have a transcript of these courses submitted to University Admissions in Sweden according to the documentation rules for the country where you previously studied.

Submitting your transcript

The best way for you to submit your official transcript of record to University Admissions is by using the document uploading function on this website. You must scan your original documents.

If you cannot scan and upload your documents, you can submit them via regular mail. If you choose this option, please note that your documents must be certified. The following authorities are accepted for certification of study documents: Justice of the Peace, Magistrate, Commissioner for Declarations, Commissioner for Affidavits, Pharmacist and an official from an Australian Embassy or Consulate.
