In order for the documents that must be submitted by regular post to be accepted by University Admissions in Sweden, please follow the instructions below.

How to submit your documents

  • Please send stamped and signed copies, not original documents. (Read more about certified copies)

  • Your documents are to be sent to University Admissions in Sweden in Stockholm, not to the universities you have applied to.

  • Do not send the original degree certificates, unless you are requested to do so.

  • Always include the cover sheetYou can find the cover sheet when you log in to 'My pages' on, under 'Application'. Place the cover sheet as the first document.

  • Sort the documents in the same order as stated on Step 1: Finding out what I need to submit? and send them in one envelope to the address stated on the cover sheet.

  • Only send one set of documents. Avoid using staplers, paper clips, and documents printed on both sides.

  • Do not upload copies of your documents if you're sending in them via regular post. Sending in multiple sets of documents will not increase your chances of being offered a place, but will delay the processing of your application.

Students may send their supporting documentation to us via the regular postal service or through a delivery service. Please note that the delivery and postal address are the same; a delivery service does not need a street address for us to receive your documents.
