Your first Notification of Selection Results will indicate the courses and programmes you have been offered a place in, or placed on reserve (waiting list).

The second selection round will be based on how applicants reply to their first notification.

Do I need to reply?

Yes, it's very important that you reply to your offer. If you don't by the deadline, you will lose any places - accepted and waiting list - that you've been offered.

When should I reply?

You must reply to your offer by the deadline indicated under Key dates and deadlines

How do I reply?

You can reply to your offer right here on Universityadmissions.se. Log in to 'My pages', go to your Notification of Selection Results, and follow the instructions. You should click the 'Yes' box for the alternatives that you'd like to keep and 'No' for the ones you don't wish to keep.

Rules and guidelines

You may change your reply up to the deadline for replying to your offer. You may not change the ranking order of your courses and programmes.

The number of credits you may keep your place in for the second round is dependent on the types of courses and programmes you have applied to. When you are replying to your offer and checking the 'Yes' boxes next to the courses and programmes you wish to keep for the second round, the system will let you know if you have selected too many credits to take with you.

Do I need to reply to my second Notification of Selection Results?

If you have been offered a place after the second selection round, you do not need to reply to keep that place.

If you do not wish to keep your place, you should decline your offer on Universityadmissions.se. In doing so, you free up your place to someone who is on the waiting list. You also let the university know that you will not be attending that course.

I've been offered a place after being on the waiting list (reserve). Should I reply to my notification?

You don't need to reply to your offer if you wish to keep your place. However, if you do not wish to keep the place, you should decline your offer on Universityadmissions.se. As stated earlier, this lets the university know you won't be attending and also frees up that space for someone else.

I submitted a late application and have now been offered a place. Do I need to reply to my notification?

If you wish to keep your place, you do not need to reply. However, if you do not wish to keep the place, you should decline your offer on Universityadmissions.se. As stated earlier, this lets the university know you won't be attending and also frees up that space for someone else.
