Academic documents

All submitted academic documents are saved in the electronic admissions system. If you have previously applied for courses or programmes via or, and sent in a complete set of supporting academic documents, you only need to submit:

  • new documents that are relevant for the courses and programmes you are applying for now, or
  • documents that were incomplete or missing from your former application.

Check the requirements for transcripts, diplomas and degree certificates to find out how you should prepare and submit them.

Check the website of the university to which you are applying as well as here at to make sure you meet the current admissions requirements.

Proof of citizenship for application fee waiver

If you have not previously submitted a copy of your passport or identity card in order to verify your citizenship in an EU/EEA country (or Switzerland), you must document this in order to be exempt from paying the application fee. (See EU/EEA exempt from fees for more information.)

Use the same user account

When logging in, you must use the same user account as you did when you previously applied for university studies, either at our old website,, or here on Please contact us  if you can't remember your username or password - contact information can be found here. Applicants are only allowed to have one user account. Do not create a new one.
